Learn about the use cases supported by Tracking API.

  • Delivery Manager : When you ship with us you do not need to provide us with additional information about your parcels. Your shoppers will be able to track the delivery of their parcels using your own tracking application powered by Tracking API or your branded Delivery Tracker.
  • Standalone : When you do not ship with us you can provide order and parcel information by integrating with Tracking API. We will collect tracking on your behalf from the carriers that we support. Your shoppers will be able to track the delivery of their orders and parcels using your own tracking application powered by Tracking API or your branded Delivery Tracker.
  • Top-Up : When you ship part of your volume with us and want a consistent branded tracking experience. You can provide us with additional order and parcel information that are shipped by others by integrating with Tracking API. We will collect tracking on your behalf for these additional orders and parcels from the carriers that we support. Your shoppers will be able to track the delivery for any of their orders and parcels using your own tracking application powered by Tracking API or your branded Delivery Tracker.
  • Global Shippers : When you use complex shipping models that could include over-labelling, multi-leg, cartonisation and translated content. We will provide the full tracking history for the parcels shipped under such complicated models and we will localise the information to satisfy your shoppers.
  • Multi-Brand : When you have multiple brands for which you want brand specific tracking experience. We will ensure that your shoppers can track the delivery of their orders and parcels in a brand specific tracking experience.
  • Click & Collect : When you want to offer Click & Collect at your stores or pickup locations. We will provide your shoppers with rich information about the stores or pickup points where they can collect their orders or parcels.
  • Third-Party Logistics : When you want to offer our Tracking API and Delivery Tracker to your own customers as an extension of your service offering.
  • Third-Party Applications : When you want to interrogate our Tracking API on behalf of sellers to resolve their shoppers enquiries regarding the delivery of their parcels.
